HP Etch AB and Para Tech Coating Scandinavia AB

HP Etch became involved in Parylene coating and the unique characteristics which this material provides already in the mid-1990’s. For some years this technique was evaluated and used on behalf of a customer who required a very special function and protection of a part provided by HP Etch. During the course of this work a close working relationship developed between HP Etch and Para Tech Coating Inc. in USA, who provided the Parylene coating on the customer product. This company has more than 30-years of experience in using and refining this particular coating technique.
HP Etch, with its widely spread presence in the Nordic electronics market, and ParaTech Coating Inc. saw great potential to introduce this coating technology on the Scandinavian market. As a result, the two companies founded Para Tech Coating Scandinavia AB in May 1999.
